A large variety of machines including big machining centres allow production of high precision linear axis up to 4.6m of travel and offer a wide range of possibilities to produce all the parts we need. NTG`s machining facilities are prepared to ramp up production for higher quantities if needed.

Trained and highly qualified personal is necessary to correctly process equipment with µm-level precision. Assembling all mechanical and electrical components mean much more than tightening screws, it includes several cleaning and continuous measuring processes. A lot of additional extra efforts add into the mix when the system will be used in Vacuum or for Semiconductor processes.

A complete motion system is much more than the summary of the individual axes. There are additional alignments and wiring as well as additional system level testing and optimization. Depending on the application the final testing might differ from the standardized test and measurements procedures. In these cases, additional parts (dummy loads, special measurement adapters….) might be required. As a result, we deliver completely checked out products including measurement and test protocols to prove that we always at least hold or surpassed what we promised.
